If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at least 48 hour notice to avoid any late cancel fees. If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment, expect to pay full price for the session missed. If you need to cancel in less than 48 hours there will be a fee of $25. If canceled the same day there will be a late cancel fee of $50 to cover the cost of an un-fillable spot. Please be understanding. This policy is very standard at most clinics, and this is a one person, small business. This cost is a fraction of the full session rate missed.

If you are not feeling well, reschedule! If you still have a lingering cough, please reschedule! I value your wellness as much as mine. Please stay home and rest. If I work on a sick person, I risk also getting ill and having to reschedule clients. Please don’t make me turn you away. If you are unsure, please call so we can determine.
