What to expect

  • A relaxing experience!

  • Masks are no longer required, but if you feel more conformable in one on, wear it!

  • Your therapist has chosen to not wear a mask.

  • Please don’t come in if you feel like you’re coming down with something.

  • Please don’t come in if you are sick!

  • You will be charged a late cancel fee if you have to reschedule in less than 48 hours. Please check our policy page.

prior to your appointment

  • If you are a new client there will be a COVID19 prescreen questionnaire included in your health intake form. You will need to book online, set up a profile and fill out your intake form prior to the appointment through MassageBook.

  • If you need to verify whether your health insurance or motor vehicle accident insurance covers massage and would like to use this as a form of payment, the information must be emailed to me and verified prior to the appointment being booked.

  • Prepayment is available if you choose at the time of booking, this is optional!

  • A $50 prepayment is required for all new clients, with the exception of medical insurance massage appointments.

 

when you arrive

  • You will need the numeric door code from your email confirmation to enter the building at the side door entrance in the parking lot.

  • Masks are optional. They are no longer mandated.

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are placed conveniently in both lobbies and inside the treatment room for your use.

additional things to know

  • Your therapist is fully vaccinated & in addition has had their booster shot.

  • We have a BlueAir air purifier for the room to suck up any germs floating around.

  • Rest easy, our cleaning game is next level!

  • Please remember that fibbing about COVID19 exposure or health history information to your therapist can put them and the rest of the community at serious risk. Please be mindful of anyone in your household that is not feeling well besides yourself. That is also grounds for rescheduling.
