Please arrive 5-10 min. early to fill out paperwork if you have a medical insurance or MVA massage. Use the side door entrance in the parking lot to the left of the building. Allow enough time to find yourself street parking. Please do not park in the lot, you will risk being towed. There is a key code necessary to get in to the building. Please check & read your emailed appointment confirmation, it will include the details.
